Lumina Connections is a human rights-focused organisation dedicated to helping people build lives of stability, contribution, and purpose.

Founded by Emma and Jamie-Lee, Lumina Connections was created to continue providing Support Coordination through an independent organisation founded on shared values, genuine partnerships, and a commitment to person-centred practice.

At Lumina Connections, we provide personalised Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination, helping people navigate the NDIS and build lives of stability, connection and purpose. As a small, experienced Adelaide-based team, we're committed to genuine relationships, practical support, and empowering people to achieve the goals that matter most to them.

We believe every person deserves the opportunity to belong, contribute, make choices about their own life, and participate meaningfully in their community.

Our team works alongside individuals, families, communities, and service providers to navigate complex systems, strengthen support networks, and create practical pathways toward the future each person wants for themselves.

We recognise that every person's circumstances, strengths, and goals are different. Through collaboration, respect, and genuine human connection, we help people identify practical pathways toward meaningful and sustainable outcomes.

Our approach is grounded in dignity, inclusion, empowerment, collaboration, and genuine human relationships. We recognise that meaningful lives look different for different people. For some, that may involve employment, education, housing, community participation, independence, advocacy, creativity, stronger relationships, or greater stability. Our role is not to define success for people, but to support them to pursue what matters most to them.
